Lil-lets South Africa

Client Work Examples / Cases

Marketing Synchronicity has worked with Lil-lets South Africa for many years. Prior to trading as Lil-lets SA, Lil-lets SA's products traded under the "Accantia South Africa" name, and prior to that, Smith & Nephew South Africa.

Marketing Synchronicity's relationship originates in 1993, when Sebastian Stock joined Smith & Nephew as a Group Product Manager in their Consumer Division.

In the years following 1993, Sebastian's roles changed. He started as a Product Group Manager, became a Marketing Manager, then a Category Manager and finally a Marketing / Category Management Consultant.

Work has been within the following categories:

  • First Aid (Elastoplast)
  • Feminine Hygiene (Lil-lets & Dr. White's)
  • Cottonwool / Buds (Dove)
  • Skin Care Products (Nivea & Labello)
  • Prophylactics (Durex)
  • Baby Products (Bambi & Woodwards')
  • Household Gloves (Vulco)

In his last two roles, as Category Manager and then Category Management Consultant, Sebastian concentrated on maximising Lil-lets SA's products in all the key FMCG retailers in South Africa, i.e. the Shoprite Group, Pick 'n Pay Group, Clicks, Spar, Dischem and key wholesalers.

"I would not hesitate to recommend Sebastian / his work to any company looking for a dedicated and reliable person to assist them in their Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Category Management functions ..." Julie Whittle, National Sales Manager, Lil-lets South Africa - 1 December 2011
